- I am feeding a family of six (two parents, 4 children ranging from 14 to 21 and a few of their friends from time to time). I believe if I deduct toiletries, laundry products, etc my actual food portion of the bill is approximately $100 per 7 day week.

- Healthy and nutritious eating is possible on a tight budget. It starts with making smart choices at the grocery store, Stop buying chips, soda's, fatty foods, processed foods, desserts and instead put foods like greens, legumes, brown rice, lean meats into your cart.

- Healthy and nutritious eating on a tight budget is possible. People need to stop buying chips, fast foods, fatty foods, desserts, etc and instead select fresh vegetables, legumes, and greens.
